Thakhin (Master) Lun Baw is the first Chairman of the Civil Service Board. Thakhin Lun Baw took as the Chairman of the Administrative Reorganization Commission and served as the Minister in the early Independence Day of Myanmar. He served as the Chairman of the Civil Service Board from 1947 to 1963.
