U Than Sein is the second Chairman of the Civil Service Selection and Training Board. U Than Sein served as the Colonel in Myanmar Military and the Member of the Revoluntionary Coucil. He had been appointed in such key roles as the Member of the State Administrative Council and Minister for Transportation. He also served as the Chairman of the Civil Service Selection and Training Board from 1977 to 1981.
