U Khin Maung Phyu is the first Chairman of the Civil Service Selection and Training Board which had been extended the reorganization of the Civil Service Board. ICS (India Civil Service) U Khin Maung Phyu is the well-experienced civil servant in the administration field. He undertook as the Secretary General and the Minister for Home Affairs under the Caretaker Government. He served as the Chairman in the Civil Service Selection and Training Board from 1973 to 1977.
